First navigate to your Account & Billing section from the bottom left menu:

Click on the Choose Your Plan button:

Step 1: Choose your plan. You'll see the plans that you can choose from:

Step 2: Add your card. Enter your name and credit card info including card number, expiration, and CVC. Then click on Save New Card:

Step 3: Click on Subscribe:
