Screen Cast is available via the Theme settings.
This icon to cast will show in your player controls. It will show only if the device you are playing the video from and the casting device are both on the same wireless network. Also the TV must be compatible with casting from a web browser. Otherwise the icon will not show.
To enable this feature create new or edit your Theme >> Player Settings >> Advanced Options:
If your videos are not showing the cast icon from a mobile device the first thing to check is that you are using the same wifi network. If your phone is not on the wifi network and is using the phone company network, like Verizon or ATT network for internet, then it will not work.
If you are definitely on the same wifi network then the issue is likely that your TV does not support casting from your web browser.
If you are using Chrome for example, there are many TVs that natively support Google Cast (formerly Chromecast) but not all of them do.

You can also check this URL which has a long list of TVs that have Google Cast (previously Chromecast) natively installed. We do not know how accurate this list is so if you are unsure please see info from the manufacture of your TV to verify.
If you are able to cast using the Netflix app from your phone or the Youtube app on your phone this is because your TV likely also has these apps and allows for app to app direct protocol. This does not necessarily mean you can cast any video from Chrome from Spotlightr or any other video host. To test this, you can see that you can likely cast from your phone using the Youtube app but if you watch a Youtube video from Chrome you cannot cast. It will only work when using the Youtube app.
As another example, you can see from this screen shot that our watch page will cast to the EON smart box but not the Samsung TV. This is because the Smart box has Google Cast built-in. For Samsung, they only support certain video URLs or app to app casting:
