The IP Watermark can be enabled within a Theme >> Security >> Show IP Watermark.
After enabling this option, you'll notice a gear icon appear; click that icon for more options for your watermark:
The watermark also includes the current date and, if the viewer is identified and 'Include Contact Info' is enabled, it may also display that contact info (e.g. email address).
