Support is currently available from 3 AM - 3 PM New York, USA Time (Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)).   To compare that to your time zone you can use this site.

In general, we don't offer support during weekends and holidays. Though you will find us online from time to time.

Besides the chat widget within the application, you can send us an email at support@spotlightr.com and we will reply as soon as we are in the office.

If you would like to suggest a new feature or improvement, you can submit your idea here. Please explain your specific use case in detail so we can fully understand it.  Even if you think someone already requested it please do it anyway!  The more feedback we have, the better!
